This cozy cabin is a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You’ll have peace, serenity, silence – you won’t hear anything but wind through trees or neighboring wildlife! It’s just 8 miles from the Yosemite Valley floor, so cars can easily access it. The two bedrooms offer king-size beds with one queen-size bed on request if needed.

There are also full bathrooms available, making it an ideal spot for family vacations. It’s also great for couples looking to get away for some alone time together.

Tenaya Lodge (Yosemite)

Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite offers a variety of lodging options for all types of guests. If you want to stay close to services and amenities, the hotel rooms are for you. You’ll find plenty in the main lodge with restaurants, pools, and other activities on site. Or, if you’re looking for more privacy, try one of their cottage rooms or Explorer Cabins. Traditional Rooms

Choose from two double beds, one queen size, or the king to suit your needs and sleep soundly in comfort. Traditional rooms also have televisions and are equipped with recycled flooring material that saves energy all night long. These rooms are also ADA-accessible. 

Starting at 209 dollars, traditional rooms also have various amenities, including a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and hairdryer.

Queen Bunk Rooms

The Queen Bunk Rooms are a perfect option for families looking to watch their children at once. The rooms also come with one queen bed and two bunk beds. It gives you the peace of mind to see your little ones even when sleeping in separate areas.

Aside from these, Queen rooms also have a private bathroom, a dressing area, and a writing desk. However, there are no ADA-accessible Queen Bunk Rooms, so keep that in mind. These rooms start at $209.

Family Rooms

Is It Hard to Get a Reservation at Yosemite Valley Lodge?

Is Yosemite Valley Lodge Dog Friendly?

Does Yosemite Valley Lodge Have TV?

The short answer to this question is yes. The Yosemite Valley Lodge has TVs. Like we’ve discussed above, there are three different room types at the Yosemite Valley Lodge. Each has various amenities, like a coffee maker, ADA-accessibility, and, yes, a television.

  • Both traditional and queen bunk rooms have televisions with select programming. 
  • Family rooms have a large TV with a DVD player. The TV also comes with premium channels. However, there are only 4 Family Rooms at the lodge, so make sure to book ahead of time.

Do Yosemite Lodge Rooms Have Microwaves?

Unfortunately, Yosemite Valley Lodge rooms do not have microwaves. There are also no kitchen facilities available in the rooms, and freezing your food isn’t advised. However, there is a warming box with a microwave on deck that you can use to heat your frozen meals or leftovers. With this, it’s best to eat out with your family.
